Adopt a Pons coin

Any coin launched on Pons can become a charity coin. Its deployer signs one transaction — redirecting creator fees to the canonical charity vault — and the Verified badge turns on, checked live against the Pons locker on every render. Repoint the fees and the badge dies the same block.
